Lula Marketing Benefits

All qualifying applicants will be contacted within 2 to 3 weeks of submitting their application. Our media partner will explain the lead times and requirements depending on the marketing benefit available. We will, in our sole discretion, determine the marketing benefit available to applicants as benefits are limited and are subject to change.  

We’ve partnered with various Media owners and Marketing companies to offer you exclusive, free exposure, discounts and deals. But these are subject to change and the relevant options will be explained as you complete the application form.

1. Ýour business needs to meet our qualifying criteria detailed above.
2. Advertising your business will be at our sole discretion subject to the availability of marketing benefits at any given time, and is subject to your business and the information provided, meeting the Lula brand guidelines.
3. We reserve the right to remove your marketing benefit/advertisement at any time without notice to you.
4. If you no longer meet the qualifying criteria, your marketing benefit/advertisement will be removed.
5. The onus is on you to supply the correct information and imagery. Should this change at any point, you will need to inform our media partner as soon as possible. We take no responsibility for the accuracy of such information. 
6. We provide no warranties whatsoever as to the effectiveness of any marketing/advertising done on your behalf in terms of this promotion. 
7. We will be entitled to terminate this promotion at any time. 
8. Certain marketing initiatives will require a monetary contribution from your business such as the discounted radio advertising package. 
9. Accepting any marketing benefit in terms of this promotion is at your discretion but doing so confirms your agreement with the terms on which such marketing benefit is offered. 
10. This initiative is run in collaboration with our media partner Ivie Media and each marketing benefit offered in terms of this promotion will be subject to certain lead times and requirements depending on the benefit on offer. These terms and requirements are determined by Ivie Media and failure to agree thereto or provide the necessary information may result in the benefit being withdrawn.
