Why do I need a COR 14.3 certificate?

Why does Lula need my COR 14.3 document?
A COR 14.3 certificate serves as an ID document, but for a business – it’s a company registration document that shows us who the directors of the business are and acts as proof that the company is registered and that all details match up with your application. All documents provided to Lula are kept securely within our and our partners’ data warehouses.

How to get your COR 14.3 certificate:
1. Visit Bizportal at this link: https://www.bizportal.gov.za/login.aspx . BizPortal is a platform developed by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) to offer company registration and related services and is publicly accessible.
2. Login (if you have ever used Bizportal before) or Register (if you haven’t).
3. Once you’re at the Bizportal home page, select “SERVICES” at the top of the page.
4. Under the Services page, select “COMPANY REGISTRATION” out of the options in the middle of the page.
5. Under the Company Registration page, select “REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES”
6. Scroll down, and next to your company’s details there will be an option to SEND, with an icon of an envelope beneath it. Select SEND.
7. Your certificates will be sent to the email you registered with within 10-15mins.
Once you’ve obtained your COR 14.3 certificate, you are one step closer to getting your Lula banking account!
