Being deeply passionate about people and the environment has given me the sustained motivation to keep on going for the past 13 years. I see solutions instead of problems and have had to implement this mentality many times over to play my part in creating what Growing Paper is today.

When Nileta Knoetzen and I embarked on the adventure of starting Growing Paper, we had a vision that transcended traditional business ideals. Lula has given us the peace of mind in having funds available whenever cash flow is an issue, in the form of their revolving capital facility. When a challenging cash flow situation arises, we have the peace of knowledge that we can make use of this facility and repay it within the amount of months of our choice.
